ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents not to interfere the civil dispute arose between the petitioner and her brother and further to direct the respondents not to interfere petitioners dwelling house construction work bearing 219/144 Abiramam Group, Agathariruppu Village, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that on the complaint given by one Usha Rani, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.47 of 2016 against one Ramadoss and the same was closed.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
