ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed praying to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchendur, to expedite the trial in H.M.O.P.No.321 of 2017 and to dispose of the same, within the stipulated time.

2. The petitioner filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.321 of 2017 before the Sub Court, Tiruchendur, under Section 13(1) 13(ia), 13(1)(ib), 13(1)(ii) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, seeking divorce and since the said petition has been kept pending without any progress for quite number of months, the petitioner is before this Court for expediting the trial and disposal.

3. The petitioner states that though the divorce petition was filed in the year 2017, there is no development in the conduct of the trial and therefore, a direction may be issued to the Trial Court for early disposal of the petition in a time bound manner.

4. In view of the above submission and also considering the fact that the petition in H.M.O.P.No.321 of 2017 filed by the petitioner is pending for several months, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchendur, to expedite the trial of the case in H.M.O.P.No.321 of 2017 and dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
