PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the petitioner's wife on the file of All Women Police Station, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the petitioner's wife on the file of All Women Police Station, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 27.11.2021. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
