ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.ManiAnandh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Dinesh Babu , Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent this Court made the following order:

The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the bail condition imposed by this Court on this petitioner in Crl.A(MD) No.192 of 2020 dated 18.06.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 29.06.2020.

4. Hence, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is hereby relaxed and this petition is allowed.
