ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the sixth respondent. Though the other private respondents have not been served, considering the nature of relief to be granted, the writ petition can be disposed of even without such service.

2.The petitioner is a resident of Bodenthrapuram village. He alleges that the property endowed in favour of one Karuppasamy Temple had been fraudulently disposed of by the son of the person, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.9245 of 2022 who made the endowment. In this regard, the petitioner has given a complaint.

3.The first respondent is directed to hold enquiry into the said complaint based on the circular bearing Letter No.41530/U1/2017 dated 11.03.2022. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent will bear in mind the parameters of law while giving disposal to the petitioner's complaint. He will put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. All the contentions of the contesting parties are left open. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
