ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner claiming to be residing at Door No.131, Meelapunkudi Village, Karaikudi Taluk, for more than 20 years. He has been paid property tax to the Village Panchayat and to prove the occupation of the premises, he has also produced electricity bills. However, the respondents 2 and 3 have issued notices to remove encroachment.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that Section 7 notice has been issued and the petitioner has also given reply to the said notice. 4.In such view of the matter, it is for the authorities to proceed in accordance with law, if they are proposing to take any action. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
