Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 16.12.2014 seeking cancellation of General Power deed as document No.256 of 1993 dated 20.12.1993 and Sale deed as document No.90 of 2006 dated 12.01.2006 registered with the 2nd respondent office in respect of petitioner's lands in Survey No.2177/1, Door No.1-A, Ward No.13, Mydeen Andavarpuram First Street, Cumbammettu Road, Cumbam-625 516, Theni District and giving opportunity to the 3rd and 4th respondents within the time stipulated in the light of the circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011, Registration Department by this Court.

This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 16.12.2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the appropriate forum to decide the issue on hand is the concerned Civil Court only and therefore, this petition may be closed with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
