ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) When the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The Inspector of Police, Srivilliputhur Town Police Station, Virudhunagar District, is present in Court today.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has brought to the

notice of this Court the earlier order passed by another Division Bench of this Court, of which, one of us (SNJ) was a party, in yet another Habeas Corpus Petition in H.C.P.(MD)No.1482 of 2014 relating to the missing of the detenu herein.
