Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take necessary action against the 6th to 9th respondents and his henchman in accordance with law for committing the offence of ex-communication of petitioner's family members and supporters from the Kalayana Ramanathapuram Village, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District, and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 to ensure peaceful and safety life of the petitioner's family members in the Kalyana Ramanathapuram Village, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District without any ex-communication and without any infringement of our fundamental rights envisaged in the Constitution of India.

By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition has been taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner has filed this Writ petition, seeking for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take necessary action against the respondents 6 to 9 for committing the offence of ex-communication of the petitioner and his family members from the Kalayana Ramanathapuram Village, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District, and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 to ensure peaceful and safety life of the petitioner and his family members in the Kalyana Ramanathapuram Village, Peravoorani Taluk, 3.Pending this Writ Petition, the petitioner has filed a Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P.(MD)No.15659 of 2018, seeking for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to receive the tax for the festival of Chithi Vinayagar temple to be held on 12.09.2018 at Kalyana Ramanathapuram Village, Peravoorani Taluk, 4.
He also filed another Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P.(MD) No.15660 of 2018, seeking for injunction restraining the respondents 6 to 9 from preventing the petitioner's family members in participating in the temple festival of Chithi Vinayagar temple to be held on 12.09.2018 at Kalyana Ramanathapuram Village, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District.
5.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6 to 9 submitted that pending those miscellaneous petitions, the fourth respondent has conducted a Peace Committee Meeting on 14.08.2018. In the said meeting, all the parties including the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 9 were participated and resolved that in future the petitioner and his family members are permitted to participate in all the festivals and other temple poojas and temple mandagapadi and also permitted to pay all taxes and other money for the festival in respect of Chithi Vinayagar temple at Kalyana Ramanathapuram Village, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District. Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner has been considered through the Peace Committee Meeting. 6.However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6 to 9 represented that the petitioner and his family members have not accepted the resolution of the Peace Committee Meeting and
they are seeking some religious honour in respect of Chithi Vinayagar temple at Kalyana Ramanathapuram Village, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District.
7.It is needless to state that whatever the temple honour and etc., in respect of Chithi Vinayagar temple at Kalyana Ramanathapuram Village, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for his rights. As per the resolution of the Peace Committee Meeting, the present Ambalakarar of Kalyana Ramanathapuram Village is directed to collect all the taxes from the petitioner for the said temple. The resolution of the Peace Committee Meeting is also part and parcel of this order.
8.Recording the said submissions and recording the finding of the Peace Committee Meeting conducted by the fourth respondent herein dated 14.08.2018, this Writ Petitionn is disposed of. No costs.
