This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to register herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.03.2016 and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on the basis of the complaint dated 11.03.2016, a case has been registered in Crime No.52 / 2016 for offences under Sections 323 and 506(ii) IPC.

4. Recording the above, this petition is closed, as nothing survives in this petition.
