RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court that the petitioners/Accused Rank 1 shall report before the respondent police, on every sunday at 10.30.a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3999 of 2023 dated 02.03.2023 in crime No.13 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DINESH.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3999 of 2023, dated 02.03.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
