ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.484 of 2026 dated 09.01.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
