ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the second respondent is trying to install transformer in the public street which is causing hindrance for ingress and egress of the public. Therefore, the petitioner has given representation to the respondents on 17.10.2015 to install the transformer in an open place so as to avoid inconvenience to the public.

2.We do not express any opinion on the merits of the case except to direct the second respondent to verify the nature of the complaint made by the petitioner and dispose of the same on its own merit and in accordance with law.
