ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent No.2 to register FIR forthwith based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 14.03.2016, it essentially appears to be a money transaction between the petitioner and the opposite party inasmuch as cheques have also been issued by the opposite party in favour of the petitioner. Hence, no positive direction as prayed for can be given.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
