This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent No.2 to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 29.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on the basis of the complaint dated 29.02.2016, a case has been registered in Crime No.139/2016 for offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 352, 506(ii) IPC.

4. Recording the above, this petition is closed, as nothing survives in this petition.
