The petitioner in the present Writ Petition sought for the relief of consideration of his application and for inclusion of his name in the selection list for MBBS Degree Course. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been included and to that effect, he has produced the Errata issued by the third respondent Selection Committee.

3. In view of the above, since the relief sought for by the petitioner has been considered by the third respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
