The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that this Writ Petition has now become infructuous since the petitioner who is the wife of the deceased employee has sought leave to file writ appeal aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing the writ petition filed by the husband [deceased employee] while he was alive. The aforesaid fact is also confirmed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
