Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records pertaining to impugned detention order passed by the second respondent made in his proeedings in C.O.C.No.19 of 2017, dated 15.4.2017 in detaining the detenu under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as a GOONDAS and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Sakthivel, Son of Periyasamy, Male, aged about 25 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Court and set him at liberty.
