ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 420, 442 and 506(2) of IPC in Crime No.224 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. From the records, it appears that at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this matter was referred to Mediation Centre by order dated 20.05.2021. Having filed this petition during May 2021, and has also availed interim protection https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for a period of three months, the petitioner has now come forward to withdraw the petition.

4. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to accord such permission. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the respondent police to secure the petitioner at the earliest.
