2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents .

3. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this Writ petition since become infructuous, the Writ petition may be disposed of accordingly.

5.The learned counsel endorsed to that effect in the Court bundle today. In view of the same, by recording the said statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
