ORDER
This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein dated 09.02.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 09.02.2016, it essentially appears to be civil transaction between the petitioner and the opposite party, inasmuch as the petitioner has not even given the date on which the incident had taken place. Hence, no positive direction as prayed for can be given.
4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
