The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 08.11.2016, to the Registry to withdraw this writ petition, which reads as follows:- "It is respectfully prayed that the above W.P.20748/14 may kindly be listed for withdrawal as my client M.Amutha had requested me to withdraw the writ petition filed by her.
Hence it is prayed to list the case for withdrawal and thus render justice."
2.In view of the letter given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
