ORDER

Against the conditional order dated 26.04.2019 passed by the Principal District Court, Thoothukudi, in E.A.No.61 of 2019 in E.P.No.30 of 2019, the present revision petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent would state that it would be suffice, if the learned Judge is directed to dispose of Arb.O.P.No.83 of 2019 within a time frame, for which, learned counsel for the petitioner does not have any objection, provided, the respondent does not proceed with E.P.No.30 of 2019 till the disposal of Arb.O.P.No.83 of 2019. 3.Recording the submissions made on either side and without going into the merits of the case, the learned Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi, is directed to dispose of Arb.O.P.No.83 of 2019 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, E.P.No.30 of 2019 shall not be proceeded with.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
