PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the house site property in survey No.333/49, Patta No.442 situated at Sankaralingapuram Viillage, Pudur Post, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District based on the representation dated 18.06.2020.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey the property in S.No.333/49, situated at Sankaralingapuram Viillage, Pudur Post, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petition mentioned property has been surveyed as prayed by the petitioner. In this regard, he has produced a copy of the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa8/3194/2020 dated 18.08.2020.
