ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 25.09.2018 in I.A.No.166 of 2015 in A.S.No.40 of 2005 on the file of the Sub Court, Virudhunagar.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
