PRAYER :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to restrain Respondent Nos.4 to 8 and their men from obstructing the staff from having ingress to or egress out of the factory and from preventing the free movement of vehicles and materials from and to the factory and consequentially provide adequate police protection for the said purpose.
