ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry in CSR No.114 of 2021 is pending against the petitioner.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case made out against the petitioner, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
