This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner based on the representation dated 18.01.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
3. It is seen that this petitioner has given a representation dated 18.01.2016 requesting the police protection. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.01.2016 by calling upon the opposite parties and take action in accordance with law.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
