2. The petition mentioned enquiry shall be concluded by the respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Based on the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner will be issued with separate patta. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The respondent shall issue notice to all the interested parties and then take a call in the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
