O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based upon the complaint made by the petitioner dated 08.06.2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry is still pending for the appearance of the petitioner. If the petitioner cooperates for enquiry the same shall be concluded in accordance with law.

3. In reply to the aforesaid submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to appear for enquiry. 4.In view of the above submission, this Court directs the respondent to serve summons to the petitioner to appear for enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to appear for enquiry and place all the materials before the respondent police, thereafter, the respondent police shall enquire the same, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

register a case and proceed further in accordance with law, if it is not, the respondent police shall drop further proceedings. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
