Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 4 to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2020 seeking for appointment of a High Level Committee to enquire into the irregularities committed by the 6th respondent in the administration of the 5th respondent college, to reject the claim of the 6th respondent as Secretary and Correspondent of the 5th respondent college and until such time to place the 5th respondent college under the administration of the Special Officer and within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The learned Government Advocate, on instructions from the third respondent, would state that the sixth respondent is no longer functioning as the Secretary, since the fifth respondent-college has come under the direct management of the third respondent.

2. In the light of the above submission, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
