This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 16.03.2016 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. It is seen that on the complaint lodged against this petitioner by his brother, Gurusamy, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.51 of 2016 and the matter has been referred to the Executive Magistrate under Section 145 Cr.P.C. As a counterblast, the petitioner has given the present complaint. Hence, no positive direction as sought for can be given to register a complaint.

With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
