The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents to secure the detenu and produce the body or person of the petitioner's father Muniyandi @ Daniel S/o.Subbaiah, aged 56 years before this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and set him at liberty forthwith.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the copy of the FIR and submitted that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
