ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed against the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, made in in Cr.M.P.No.4326 of 2015, wherein, the petition filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was converted into want of a private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C and the complainant and witnesses were directed to be examined on 07.10.2015.

2.This Court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the Court below. The Court below has deemed it fit to hear the case as a private complaint. Therefore, the right of the petitioner is no way affected by the conversion of the complaint into a private complaint.

3.This Court does not find any merit and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
