ORDER

The petitioners have fairly enclosed the copy of the proceedings dated 20.02.2024 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli. The said order has not been challenged in this writ petition. Therefore, the question of issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli to conduct fresh enquiry on the same cause of action does not arise at all. The petitioner is given liberty to move the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli. If any such revision petition is filed within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, it shall be entertained without reference to limitation.
