ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.23 of 2018 on the file of the respondent and file final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires two months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
