This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.155 of 2017, dated 11.08.2017, and to file final report within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, on 07.09.2017 and the same was not taken on file. 4.Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
