ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaints dated 05.11.2014 and 24.04.2015, conduct an impartial enquiry and file a final report, with respect to the fraud & cheating done by the Father S.Leo Hensen on the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. It is seen that on the basis of the complaints dated 05.11.2014 and 24.04.2015 given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed on 03.07.2015. A copy of the closure report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar. On a reading of the complaint, dated 24.04.2015, it essentially appears to be a civil dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party and in order to give https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

criminal colour, a complaint has been given. Hence, no positive direction as prayed for can be given.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
