ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 07.07.2023 in W.P(MD)No.16437 of 2023 by the respondents.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2023, was considered and the order dated 24.04.2024, came to be passed, confirming the genuinity of the community certificate of the sixth respondent. It is also brought to the knowledge of this Court that the said order dated 24.04.2024, has already been challenged before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. 2/4
