The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondent to survey and correct the extent as 0.16.0(4 cents) in Patta No.181 with correct measurements on the four sides in respect of land in Old S.NO.149/A4, Town Surey No.5.3A, Ward F, Block NO.5 in favour of the Petitioner by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 16.4.2021.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.According to the Petitioner, the abovementioned property 2/6
with an extent of 4 cents was settled by the Petitioner's husband in her favour under registered settlement deed, dated 12.7.2014. Subsequetly, patta was issued in the name of the Petitioner in Patta Nol;181. Based on the said document, the Petitioner submitted a representation before the respondents on 16..4.2021 seeking survey of the land.The same has not been considered so far. Hence, the Petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition 4.The learned Government Advocate who appears for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the the Petitioner has not sent any formal online application to the respondents. Therefore the representation of the Petitioner has not been considered. 5.
In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, the Petitioner is directed to submit a formal online application within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such online application, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
