This petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime NO.182 of 2014 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent for fair and free investigation of the case by a competent officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram, after service of Referred Charge Sheet notice on the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
