Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to initiate an appropriate action against the respondent 1/4

Nos.5 to 9 by conducting a detailed enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 10.01.2022 by considering all the documents produced before them and on that basis to initiate an appropriate criminal action against the respondent Nos.5 to 9 and direct the first respondent to initiate an appropriate action against the sixth respondent for mutating patta in the name of Alagumalai/8th respondent without seeing the title documents and right of the parties and restore the same in respect of land in Survey No.634/2 in an extent of 4 acres 40 cents situated at Vadamadurai, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District and consequently to direct the District Registrar/4th respondent herein to nullify the sale deeds vide Document No.2914/2009, dated 20.08.2009, Document No.5740/2010, dated 24.10.2010 and Document No.6788/2022, dated 22.12.

2021 which are registered in the Sub Registration Office, Vadamadurai, Vedasendur Taluk, Dindigul District by invoking his power conferred on him through conducting an enquiry and restoring the original name i.e., in the petitioner's name in all the revenue records and Vadamadurai Sub Registration records in respect of the land in Survey Nos.634/2 in an extent of 4 acres 40 cents situated at Vadamadurai Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to initiate an appropriate action against the respondent Nos.5 to 9 by conducting a detailed enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 10.01.2022 by considering all the documents produced before them and on that basis to initiate an appropriate criminal action against the respondent Nos.5 to 9 and direct the first respondent to initiate an appropriate action against the sixth respondent for mutating patta in the name of Alagumalai/8th respondent without seeing the title documents and right of the parties and restore the same in respect of land in Survey No.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 10.01.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and respondent Nos.7 to 9 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
