This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.15 of 2022, dated 05.06.2022, pending on the first respondent Police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy and the same is taken on file as C.C.No. 1414 of 2023.
