*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.] The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to produce the body and limb of the petitioner wife Gowsalya D/o Durairaj aged about 21 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. We have also perused the records produced by the Detaining Authority.

3. The detenu, who is aged about 21 years, appeared before this Court and on enquiry, she said that she is willing to go along with her husband.

4.Recording the submission of the detenue this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
