4.Mahali 5.Nagammal 6.Rajeswari : Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the second respondent to secure the detenu and produce the person or the body of the detenu, the petitioner's husband, Kothandapani, S/o.Mahali, aged 35 years, before this Court, illegally detained by the respondents 4 to 6 and set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The detenu has appeared before the second respondent and has been produced before this Court. The detenu informs that he along with his wife and the minor child were living within Nambiyur Town Panchayat limits, where his parents reside. The petitioner had taken away the child and taken up residence with her mother and insisted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the detenu resides at her mother's house, which, the detenu was not agreeable to. The detenu further informs that he is residing with his parents, the respondents 4 and 5 herein .

2. In the circumstances, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed, leaving it open to the parties to work out their remedies before the appropriate forum.
