ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 471, 465,467, 120(b) and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

No.6731 of 2021 4.Considering the facts and circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to conduct an enquiry and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, register the F.I.R or close the complaint within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
