Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate actions on his representation dated 24.04.2021 and 10.05.2021 within stipulated time.

With the consent on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Mr.R.Srinivasan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent herein is doing chicken farming backside to the petitioner's house and it is causing disturbance to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 24.04.2021, to the third respondent. Since the said representation is still pending for consideration, the petitioner is constrained to move the present petition before this Court.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.
4. Though the prayer in this writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.[MD]No.9468 of 2021 argument to the limited extent of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24.04.2021, expeditiously.
5. Considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24.04.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
