This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order, dated 11.02.2019, in E.P.No.166 of 2005 in O.S.No.294 of 1997, on the file of the Principal District Sub Judge, Karur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the Execution Petition itself is ordered to be terminated and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Revision.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
