PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb against the third respondent and restraining the third respondent enter her house in Survey No.1702B/1A and by consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.03.2022.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb against the third respondent and restraining the third respondent enter her house in Survey No.1702B/1A and by consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.03.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the same is still pending.
