2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 17.02.2016, the 3rd respondent police registered FIR in Crime No.70 of 2016 under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act 2000, on 23.06.2016 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed.
